Circle alternatives with marketing and payments built in
Verdict: stay with Circle if community polish is the product and its 2% fee on Professional is fine. Pick Vonza if you want email, SMS, scheduling, invoicing and funnels around the community. Circle builds a beautiful community. Vonza builds the community and the business around it: email without an add-on, SMS, scheduling, invoicing, funnels and a CRM, with Circle’s prices read from its own page.

Why creators switch from Circle to Vonza
Grounded in what each pricing page lists, not in opinion.
One platform instead of a stack
Circle’s page lists community, courses, events and a website builder; email is a paid Email Hub add-on, and SMS, scheduling, invoicing, funnels and a CRM are not mentioned. Vonza includes each.
SMS marketing built in
SMS is not on Circle’s pricing page. Vonza sends and receives texts from the same contact list as your email, with a monthly credit on every plan.
Appointment scheduling included
Circle lists events, not appointment booking. Vonza includes a booking page with calendar sync for coaching and office hours.
A flat platform fee
Circle charges 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale and 0.5% on Plus. Vonza’s platform fee is the same flat rate on every paid plan.
