A community platform for coaches and group coaching programs
Give your clients one private place between sessions. Start from the Coaching or Mastermind template, let people in by approval, run Q&As, workshops and office hours as events, go live inside the community, and sell the program as a membership with subscriptions or installments.
Everything your clients need between sessions
Spaces for goals, questions and resources, a private door to the community, and direct messages: the parts of a coaching program that happen between calls.
Coaching and Mastermind templates
Coaching sets up Start here, Goals & check-ins, Q&A and Resources, so clients share goals, ask questions between sessions and celebrate progress. Mastermind sets up Hot seat, Accountability and Resources for a small group of peers. Rename, add or remove spaces after.
Clients join by approval
Set Who can join to By approval and ask membership questions: short answer, multiple choice, email or phone number. Each request shows the answers, and you approve or decline requests one by one or all at once.
One-to-one chat with clients
Message a client directly between calls and send the worksheet they asked for, with photos and files. In Chat settings you set your preference for who starts chats: everyone, paid members, members from a level or admins only.
Run group coaching inside your community
Every call, workshop and course lives where your clients already talk, so the program and the conversation stay in one place.
Q&A sessions
A Q&A event keeps a question queue for the session, where you mark each question answered or hide it.
Workshops with homework
Give a workshop an agenda of up to 30 parts, materials from content linked to the community, and homework for after the session.
Office hours
Drop-in time split into slots: set a slot length and a gap between slots, and repeat the session every week.
Co-working sessions
Focus blocks and breaks you set, a check-in prompt, and a Vonza video room with everyone on camera.
Live sessions and recordings
Go live from a post in the space you pick. Clients join from the feed, and you can post the recording for anyone who missed it.
Courses in the Classroom
Link a course, product or bundle to the whole community or one space. Clients find it in the Classroom, grouped by space.
Points and levels
Clients earn 1 point for each post, comment and reaction, climb levels you name and see where they stand on the leaderboard.
Reminders on any phone
Reminder emails 24 hours, 30 minutes and 5 minutes before each event, in-app notifications, and a community that works on any phone, in the browser.
Sell your coaching program as a membership
Add plans to the community or to a single space, so the group program and a smaller mastermind can each have their own price. Clients pick a plan on the community’s sales page and pay at checkout.
- Subscriptions billed every week, month or year
- Installment plans of up to 100 payments
- A free trial of 1 to 365 days on subscriptions and installments
- Paid spaces for a mastermind or VIP group
- Checkout through Stripe and Paystack

Questions about coaching communities
Get answers to common questions here
It is a private online space where a coach’s clients meet between sessions: they post goals and check-ins, ask questions, join group calls and find course material. On Vonza it is a community on your own site, with spaces, events, live sessions, one-to-one chat, courses and paid plans in one place, and it works on any phone, in the browser.
Two of Vonza’s six community templates are made for coaching. Coaching sets up Start here, Goals & check-ins (with weekly-goals and check-ins rooms), Q&A and Resources. Mastermind sets up Hot seat, Accountability (with commitments and follow-ups rooms) and Resources. You can also start blank, or describe your program and let Vonza AI draft the spaces; AI credits are included on every plan, with top-ups available.
Yes. Set Who can join to By approval: people ask to join and you approve them. With By approval you can add membership questions as a short answer, multiple choice, email or phone number, and each request shows the answers. You approve or decline requests one by one or all at once, and nothing is public until you publish.
Create them as events. A Q&A keeps a question queue you mark as answered, a Workshop adds an agenda, materials and homework, Office hours split the time into slots, and Co-working adds focus blocks and a Vonza video room. Events can repeat on a schedule, and members RSVP and get reminder emails. A Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link is pasted into the event as its location; to host the session inside the community, go live from a post instead.
Yes, when you go live inside the community. Choose Go live in the post composer, pick a space, and Vonza starts the stream and posts it to the feed, where members join with Join room. The recording appears about a minute after the stream ends, and you can post it to the feed for clients who missed the call.
Yes. Chat in a Vonza community is one-to-one, with photos and files, mute and an unread badge; group chats are not offered yet. In the community’s Chat settings you choose who can start chats: Everyone, Paid members, members From a level, or Admins only, and a space can have its own rule. Admins can always start chats.
Yes. Add plans to the community or to a single space: subscriptions billed every week, month or year, installment plans of up to 100 payments, one-time purchases and more. A free trial of 1 to 365 days can apply to subscription and installment plans. Clients pay at checkout through Stripe or Paystack.
Yes. Link a course, product or bundle to the whole community or to one space. Members find it in the community’s Classroom, grouped by space, and an item set to Open is theirs as soon as they join.
Use Vonza appointment scheduling for one-to-one sessions. It gives you a booking link you can share with clients, for example in a post in your Start here or Resources space. Office-hours events in the community cover group drop-in time.
