Online Community Templates and Sales Page Designs
Start a community from one of six templates with its spaces and rooms already set up, add spaces from ready-made or saved space templates, and pick one of four sales page templates. Everything stays editable, inside Vonza, the all-in-one platform for creators and entrepreneurs.
Six community templates, space by space
Each template sets up a community’s spaces, the rooms inside them and a description you can rewrite. Spaces are the main areas of your community; rooms are channels inside them. Every template starts open to anyone, and you can switch to By approval later.

Start blank
Prefer to build it yourself? Start blank and the community begins with one General Discussions space.
Space templates, built in or your own
A community keeps growing after the first day. Add a space from a template whenever you need one, or save a space you set up yourself and reuse it.
Built-in space templates
New space opens a gallery of ready-made spaces: Chat, Feed, Cohort course, Content-only course, Challenge, Event, Page, Resource library, Q&A, Announcements, Wins or Blank. Rooms and settings are filled in for you and stay editable.
A welcome post and a plan, if you want them
Before you create the space, choose to include its welcome post, posted and pinned so the space never starts empty, and its plan, which you can edit any time under Plans.
Save any space as a template
Open a space’s menu and choose Save as template. Give it a name, a one-line description and an icon, and decide whether the welcome post and the first plan come with it. It lands in My templates, ready for any of your communities. Members, content links and ids are never copied.
Four community sales page templates
Your community gets one sales page, the page visitors see before they join. Pick its design from four templates; your name, description, pictures and spaces stay the same in each.
Original
The classic look: blue, its own header and footer, and the join card on the right.
The first community page design: a header with your community’s name and a Login button, your cover at the top of the join card, a center picture, About this community and Hosted by, and a footer with your terms and privacy links.
Standard
Cover on top, spaces on the left, join card on the right.
Your name, description and badges under a wide cover, then What’s inside with a card per space and its rooms, About, hosts and links beside the join card.
Stage
Centered name under the cover, stats bar and photo tiles.
A centered name and description under the cover, a bar of community stats and your photos as tiles. On a phone, a join bar stays pinned to the bottom.
Rail
Name on the cover, join card on the left, a row per space.
The name set on the cover, the join card in a rail on the left and one row per space down the page. On a phone, a join bar stays pinned to the bottom.
The price is hidden by default on every template: the join card sells without a number and the checkout shows the price. Switch the price on if you want it on the page.
Make the template look like yours
Whichever template you start from, the Customize step and the Sales page settings give it your look. Change any of it later.
Twelve colors
Pick one of twelve preset colors or type any hex code. It colors your banner, buttons and the initials tile.
Eight backgrounds
Eight soft backgrounds fill the page behind your sections. Light gray is picked for you, and a custom hex works too.
A logo or your initials
Upload any image and it is cropped to a 150 × 150 px square. Without one, up to four initials show on your color.
A cover cut to your template
The cover banner takes the shape your sales page template shows: across the top on most designs, in the join card on Original.
A live preview
The preview beside the settings is the real sales page visitors get, redrawn as you pick a color or a cover.
A description that sells
Say who it is for, what happens inside and why to join. Write it yourself or with Vonza AI.
Show the banner or not
One switch decides whether your cover image runs across the top of the community page.
Customize in the builder
Customize opens your community page in the AI website builder, for edits beyond the template.
Try a sales page template before you use it
In Settings, Sales page, press Change template and pick a design. The preview on the right redraws your page in it while your page stays on the current one. Use it, or keep the current one. Using a template replaces the sales page with a fresh copy of it; the community itself, its name, description, pictures, spaces and prices, stays as it is.
- See your own page in each design before you switch
- Your name, description, pictures, spaces and prices stay
- The price stays hidden on the page unless you switch it on
- Customize opens the page in the AI website builder
How to start a community from a template
From a name to a published community, in four steps.
- STEP 01
Name it and pick a template
Create a community, name it and choose Start from a template. Pick one of the six; its spaces, rooms and description are filled in.
- STEP 02
Customize the look
Choose a color and a background, add a logo or initials and a cover, and write the description. The preview shows the page as you go.
- STEP 03
Shape the spaces
Rename, reorder or delete spaces and rooms, and add more from the built-in space templates or My templates.
- STEP 04
Pick a sales page and publish
Choose Original, Standard, Stage or Rail for the sales page, then publish once the checklist is done. Nothing is public until then.
Questions about community templates

A ready-made layout of spaces and rooms for a new community. When you create a community you choose Start from a template, pick one of six, and Vonza fills in the spaces, their rooms and a community description. You can change all of it, and nothing is public until you publish.
Six: Course cohort (Announcements, Weekly lessons, Study groups, Wins), Coaching (Start here, Goals & check-ins, Q&A, Resources), Creator fan club (Behind the scenes, Hangout, Fan creations), Local club (Noticeboard, Meetups, Introductions, Marketplace), Product customers (Announcements, Help & questions, Feature ideas, Show and tell) and Mastermind (Hot seat, Accountability, Resources). You can also start blank with one General Discussions space.
Yes. A template only fills in the starting spaces, rooms and description. Rename, reorder or delete any of them, add new spaces and rooms, and change who can join: every template starts open to anyone, and you can switch to By approval.
Ready-made single spaces you add to a community that is already running. New space opens a gallery with two tabs: Built-in, with Chat, Feed, Cohort course, Content-only course, Challenge, Event, Page, Resource library, Q&A, Announcements, Wins and Blank, and My templates, with the spaces you saved yourself. You can include the template’s pinned welcome post and its plan.
Yes. Open the space’s menu and choose Save as template, then give it a name, a short description and an icon, and choose whether to include the welcome post and the space’s first plan. The template appears in My templates for any of your communities. Members, content links and ids are never copied.
Four. Original is the classic look, blue, with its own header and footer and the join card on the right. Standard puts the cover on top, the spaces on the left and the join card on the right. Stage centers the name under the cover with a stats bar and photo tiles. Rail sets the name on the cover, the join card on the left and a row per space.
Not unless you want it to. The price is hidden by default on every template: the join card sells without a number and the checkout shows the price. You can switch the price on for the join card in the page’s settings in the builder.
You can try each design in the preview first; your page stays on the current template until you press Use. Using a template replaces the sales page with a fresh copy of it, so changes you made in the page editor are lost. The community itself, its name, description, pictures, spaces and prices, stays as it is.
In the Customize step or the Sales page settings, pick one of twelve colors or any hex color, one of eight backgrounds, a logo cropped to 150 × 150 px or up to four initials, and a cover that takes your sales page template’s shape. The live preview is the real sales page. For more, Customize opens the page in the AI website builder.
