To add a link to your Instagram bio, open the Instagram app, tap your profile, tap Edit profile, then Links and Add external link, paste your URL and tap Done. On TikTok, tap Profile, Edit profile, then Add next to Links; TikTok only shows a website link once you have at least 1,000 followers or a Verified Business Account. The steps below were checked against each platform’s own help pages on 7 November 2026. Apps change their menus often, so if a button has moved, the help page linked under each section has the current version.
What link to add
Most people add a link in bio page: one short address that opens a page with all your important links, from your latest video to your shop, booking page and newsletter. You put that one address on every profile, then change the page whenever your offers change, without editing your profiles again.
A Vonza link in bio page lives at yourname.vonza.com. Copy it from Share and QR code in the Link in bio builder before you start, so it is ready to paste. If you have not built yours yet, read how to set up a link in bio page first.
How to add a link to your Instagram bio
Instagram lets you add up to five links to your profile, and anyone, on or off Instagram, can see them. You add them in the Instagram app for Android or iPhone; Instagram’s Help Centre says the feature is not available on a computer.
- Tap Profile or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
- Tap Edit profile at the top of the screen.
- Tap Links, then tap Add external link, and paste your URL.
- Tap Done, then tap Back.
Put your link in bio page first. To change the order, go to Edit profile, then Links, tap Options, then Reorder links, drag your link to the top and tap Done. To remove a link, tap it and tap Remove link.

How to add a link to your TikTok bio
TikTok has an eligibility rule. Its Help Centre says you can add a website link to your profile if you have at least 1,000 followers, or if you have a Verified Business Account. Once you qualify:
- In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom.
- Tap Edit profile.
- Next to Links, tap Add.
- Follow the steps to add your website.
Two things to know. TikTok no longer supports links that open or log you into other social media apps, though you can still link to those platforms’ websites. And TikTok opens profile links in its in-app browser, which may ask people to open some pages in their own browser, so TikTok recommends direct links that reach the intended site in a few steps. A link in bio page does exactly that: one tap to the page, one tap to the offer.

YouTube, X and Threads
YouTube
YouTube lets you show up to 14 links on your channel. The first one is displayed in the profile section near the Subscribe button, and the rest appear when someone taps to see more links. On a computer:
- Sign in to YouTube Studio.
- From the left menu, select Customization, then Profile.
- Under Links, click Add link and enter the title and URL.
- Click Publish.

X
On X, the website sits in its own field on your profile, next to a bio of up to 160 characters.
- Sign in to x.com or open the X app.
- Go to your profile and tap or click Edit profile.
- Paste your link into Website.
- Tap or click Save.

Threads
- Tap Profile or your profile picture in the bottom right.
- Tap Edit profile below your profile information.
- Tap Link, add your URL, then tap Done in the top right.
- Tap Done again to save your changes.

After you add the link
- Tap it yourself from another account or a logged-out browser, to check it opens the right page.
- Say why to tap it. A line in your bio or caption such as “Free checklist and coaching calls below” gives people a reason to tap, where a bare “link in bio” does not.
- Keep the address stable. Change the links on your page, not the link on your profiles. On Vonza, changing your handle stops the old address working at once, so pick a handle you will keep.
- Watch the taps. Vonza’s Link in bio analytics show views, taps and tap rate for 7, 30 or 90 days, and taps for every link, so you can see which offers your followers pick.
