Switch between six colour themes or pick any colour, choose a border, and change fonts, sizes and spacing on anything you click. Your text, logo and signatures stay when you change the layout. - **Details that fill in for every student**: Place the student’s name, the course name, the completion date and a serial number once. Each certificate prints them for that student, so you never type a name again. Yes. Vonza’s certificate maker starts you from one of seven complete layouts with six colour themes, and you change anything by clicking it and dragging items from the side panel. Your logo, signatures and seal are uploads; the student’s name, the course, the date and a serial number fill in by themselves. ### How is the certificate issued to students? Automatically, by a rule you set per course: when every lesson is finished, when every payment of the plan is made, or only once all quizzes in the course have been passed. You can also certify any enrolled student by hand, one or many at a time, and revoke a certificate later. ### What does the student receive? A PDF with their full name, the course name, the completion date and a unique serial number printed on your design. It appears under Your certificates in the student portal, where they download it. If their plan is not fully paid yet, the portal tells them to complete the payment to be certified. ### Can I change the design after certificates have been issued? Yes. Certificates already issued keep their files, so earlier students keep the version they earned. New certificates use the active template. You can keep several templates per course and switch which one is in use. ### Which layouts, colours and fonts are available? Switch on a running serial number with your own label, and upload up to two signatures and a seal as images, transparent PNGs for best results. Each signature is a free item you can move, resize and layer. ### Can I edit the certificate on my phone? No. The designer needs a computer or tablet; on a phone it shows how your certificate looks now. Students download their PDF from the portal on any device. ### What happens to certificates I designed in the old editor? They keep working. Designs made with the previous template editor still open there with their title, subtitle, description, seal, signatures and colours, and a certificate built in the website builder is edited there.
