## What is an AI form builder?

An AI form builder, or AI form generator, turns a short description into a working online form. You say what the form is for, and the AI writes the questions, chooses the right kind of field for each one and lays the form out, so you start from a finished draft instead of an empty page.

In Vonza, Vonza AI is one of three ways to begin a form. It writes the questions, picks the blocks and styles the form in one go. The result is an ordinary Vonza form: you can edit every word, add logic or payments, and publish it when it is ready.

## What Vonza AI writes for you

One request gives you a whole draft form: the questions, the blocks, the look and the ending.

- **The questions**: Only what the form needs, usually 4 to 12 questions, in short, plain labels with help text where it helps. A long form is split into pages, up to 6.

## How to use the AI form builder

Three steps in the new Vonza Forms wizard.

1. **Name it and pick Vonza AI**: In Forms, start a new form, give it a name and choose “Create with Vonza AI”. Nothing is public until you publish.
2. **Describe it and press Generate**: Write a sentence or two, or tap one of the ideas. Vonza AI reads your request, chooses the questions, picks the blocks and styles the form.
3. **Use it, edit it, publish**: Check the live preview, press “Use this form”, change anything in the editor, then work through the “Before you publish” list and publish.

No. Vonza AI writes plain questions and text: names, emails, phone numbers, choices, dates, ratings, scales, addresses, rankings and consent. Logic, payments, file uploads, signatures and quiz scoring are added by you in the editor, so nothing that takes money or files is set up without you.

### How much does it cost to generate a form?

Generating a form uses AI credits from your Vonza account. The Generate button shows an estimate first, and you are charged for what the AI actually writes, so the final amount can be slightly higher or lower. If AI credits are not included in your plan, the card says so and links to more credits. Templates and starting blank use no AI credits.

### What happens if the AI cannot build my form?

You see “That didn’t work” with a reason and a Try again button. If the AI returns no usable questions or a form that is too large, no credits are used, and your description stays in the box so you can reword it.

### Can I edit the form after Vonza AI writes it?

Yes. Everything stays editable. Press Regenerate for a new version, or “Use this form” to keep it, then change any question, block or style in the editor, add logic or a thank-you page, and publish when you are ready.

### Can I describe my form in another language?

Yes. Vonza AI writes the form in the language of your request. If you have already chosen another language for the form, the questions are translated into it with AI.

### Can Vonza AI translate my form?

Yes. Add up to 10 of 30 languages to a form in Settings › Languages and press Auto-translate. AI drafts every question, option and message, priced with an estimate before it runs. Visitors see their browser’s language or the one in the link, and answers arrive with your original options.
